I met Nancy by accident when my husband and I decided to purchase a property. Starting from June this year, we searched property information online by ourselves. When I saw something interesting, I contacted the realtors by the information they left on the websites. Being the partner of a listed realtor, I met Nancy when I went to see a townhouse in New Westminster. She’s very nice and patient. She spent lots of time on us to know what we need exactly. She provided us property information and gave us reasonable advices basing on her profession. When we changed our target from high-rise apartment to townhouse because of budget, she never complained for wasting time and energy. When we met Joe and Rimpy, my wife and I had to reluctantly fire our existing Realtor because the task we had put forward in selling our house was nothing short of impossible and our existing Realtor was concerned that she would become a laughing stock in her professional community.
